If this sounds like what you need in your life, we offer open enrollment twice a year where applicants are evaluated and a few are selected to join the team and begin our formalized training program.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the next application period will be postponed until January 2022. After the application deadline prospects will be invited to attend various team trainings over a series of months. Based on a prospect's ability to attend trainings and feedback from the team they may be invited to an interview with the Board. The Board accepts members based on the number of team members that can be accepted to the team and their evaluations of the fit with the team.
