If this sounds like what you need in your life, we offer open enrollment twice a year where applicants are evaluated and a few are selected to join the team and begin our formalized training program.

Application Windows:

Applications are accepted year-round, but the interview process and team on-boarding happens twice a year. After the spring and fall application deadlines prospects will be invited to attend various team trainings over a series of months. Based on a prospect's ability to attend trainings and feedback from the team they may be invited to an interview with the Board. The Board accepts members based on the number of team members that can be accepted to the team and their evaluations of the fit with the team.
